Good quality of materials and look good in the room. It took us some time to build and it must not be easy to make it solo. The digital instructions were easy enough to follow. The customer service was fast to respond and any issue I got was solved quickly.

Very large. As the owner of 3 Maine Coons it is hard to find something they fit comfortably in, and this does the trick! It is very challenging to movie the entrance/exit hole if needed.
Easy to assemble. I was worried that pieces might not match up straight, but everything fit together perfectly. I only wish I got a colored one instead of the natural so it wouldn't look so raw- just a matter of preference though. Really cute and looks way nicer than a metal kennel.
This cat tree is the prettiest piece of furniture! Only 2 of my 4 cats really seem to enjoy it but time will tell and I plan to try it in a couple other places before mounting it and I think they'll be more interested in it in a different place than it's current location.
This is an eye-catching, well-crafted, high quality dog house. Assembly was straightforward and although my dog doesn't take to things quickly, he is getting accustomed to it. Everyone who sees it absolutely loves it!
Absolutely goregous crate! We have gotten so many compliments about it, and our dog absolutely LOVES it. She hangs out there all the time, and it's the first place she goes when she gets home. She used to love the sofa, but now she prefers her 'den.' The crate is very high quality, comfortable and beautiful. It's an exceptional deal for the price as well. Shipping was fast. Overall very pleased with this purchase.
First of all, I am satisfied with the product. However, there are two problems. The biggest problem was that I found that there was no screw hole while assembling. I was so embarrassed. In the end, we made the hole, but we suffered so much.
And other problem is that the anglerfish doesn't match.
When cats run slightly, the squeak sound was too loud, so I was worried that they might break and hurt them.
Good quality, easy to install, nicely designed; but shipping is very slow. Took over a month for shipment (though promised to be 2 weeks when I place the order).
The next day: The door was easily broken by my dog. But the customer service reached out me and sent me a replacement. So overall satisfied with the experience.
